Where are you based?

We are an Irish registered business, offering virtual appointments to clients across Europe and the UK. In some instances we may be able to facilitate in-person appointments at your request or where necessary. 

How much does your programme cost?

We offer various programmes depending on the client’s unique health needs, therefore the price can vary from client to client, programme to programme. We also offer payment plans for those whom wish to spread the cost out. To understand the most suitable option for you and it’s costs please book a Free Discovery Call with one of our doctors. 

Do you work with children?

We do not work with anyone under the age of 18.

Do you work outside of Europe and the UK?

We do not work with clients outside of Europe and the UK.

How do you work alongside my GP?

For many clients at Tru Health we work in collaboration with their GP. Our Medically Trained Doctors offer extensive analysis and testing and if medication is required our team connect with the GP to get client’s access to a suitable plan. In addition, many GPs will refer their clients to us if they feel a lifestyle based approach to addressing their health concerns is most suitable. These joint efforts yield extraordinary results.

Can I add on extra testing to my programme?

Yes, every client has the option to add additional testing to their programme. You can speak to your Doctor or Health Coach about this. If you haven’t signed up to your programme yet, we recommend booking a Free Discovery Call with one of our doctors to learn more about our programme options and discuss the specific testing you are interested in. 

I just want to do one of your tests, how do I do this?

It is not possible to order a test in isolation. Our testing is comprehensive and must be undertaken under the guidance of a practitioner, therefore requiring appointment time too. Our programmes are designed to 

What happens after my programme?

You have the option to continue your health journey with any practitioner. As your programme is wrapping up you can work with your Doctor to understand what the rest of your Tru Health journey might look like. For some, that might be a continuation of appointments, additional testing or adhoc appointments as needed. 

Do you prescribe medicine?

No, we do not prescribe medicine. 

Can I claim back with my insurance?Every insurance plan is unique and therefore what you can claim back will differ from person to person. Our team will help guide you toward understanding what your insurance policy covers. You can discuss this with one of our doctors on our Free Discovery Call.

When will I start to see results? 

Some people start to feel better within a few days, for others it may take a little longer depending on what the root-cause is. You can book a discovery call to speak to one of our doctors to discuss this further. Typically, the more you’re willing to put in, the more you’ll get out. Validated measures are used to track your progress so you can both see and feel the results.

What is your refund policy?

If you wish to cancel at any time during the course of your agreed plan this must be done by way of written notice sent to [email protected]. If you paid in full upfront, at the time of cancellation you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis depending on the point of termination and what appointments or testing you have already had. If you are on a payment plan, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis for any appointments or testing you have had, that have not been covered by your payments to date. Or, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any appointments or testing you have not had, that have been charged already. 

Clients are not entitled to a refund for services and testing that has already been provided.
